thyme & remedy is located on the second floor of a historic building. It is up a double staircase. There is no elevator or alternate entrance to the studio. We apologize for this inconvenience.

We do offer mobile massage for those interested. Please contact Miranda through the company email or give her a call to discuss this option.

We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes before their appointment time so there is time to check in with your therapist, and settle into the table before your appointment time starts. Your session time has been carved out specifically for you, our goal is to make the most use of that time as possible. We are unable to go over your appointment slot if you arrive late, because it will take from the next client’s designated time. Thank you for understanding.

We are thankful to be located in a secure building as a part of a network of woman-owned small businesses. That said, there is a code to enter the building. You will receive the code via the reminder text and email sent 24 and 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Being that we are all spa-adjacent businesses, we ask clients be respectful in the hallways as others are receiving treatments.

Street parking is available. That said, please allow enough time to find parking and make it to your appointment on time. During peak hours it may take a few moments to find a spot you would like to park.
