During a therapeutic massage session, your therapist will craft a treatment to address your personal needs and goals. Includes additional modalities such as: cupping, gua sha, manual lyphatic drainage, post-op recovery, maintenance work, sports recovery, and more. If there is a specific modality you’re interested in, please note it when scheduling your appointment.

There are many reasons someone may be seeking prenatal massage. Whether it’s looking for some help with stress management, safe and healthy touch, relief from pain due to body changes, migraine support, sciatica flares, or self-care, we can craft a session perfect for you. With aromatherapy support to soothe the mind (and tummy) we can rejuvenate and refresh the mind, body, and spirit. Please note; the studio is on a second level with only stair access.

Whether a joint replacement, spinal fusion, mastectomy, gender affirming surgery, or cosmetic surgery; manual lymphatic drainage can be a helpful tool in your recovery toolbox. Post-Op, clients will only be seen with written approval from their surgeon or recovery team.

This is a specific modality focused on the jaw, neck, and tongue for TMJ pain, cervical injury, and jaw pain. Your therapist will target muscles from inside and outside the mouth while wearing latex free gloves. This focused treatment is 60 minutes.

Cannabis Health And Beauty Aid (CHABA) is a type of massage oil that can be added to any treatment (except lymphatic massage and intea-oral). This massage oil is not intoxicating, rather some benefits reported include it being: anti-inflammatory, mildly muscle relaxing, mildly pain-relieving, and deeply moisturizing for the skin. If you would like to add CHABA massage oil to your session feel free to select it as an add-on, or let your therapist know at your session. CHABA is available by an additional $10 fee.

Do you live for the foot portion of your massage? This specialized foot treatment includes an organic sugar scrub, mask, and massage of feet and calves, finished with a paraffin treatment to soothe aching joints.
